Pilates, Mindfulness & Creativity

• Pilates (Beginner to Intermediate): Every morning, we’ll start the day with Pilates designed to suit all levels, with modifications tailored to your body and ability.

• Mindfulness & Meditation: In the afternoons, we’ll have group meditations and discussions on mindfulness, helping you find calm and new perspectives.

• Restorative Movement & Breathwork: I will lead deeply relaxing bodywork and breathwork sessions, supporting you in releasing tension, improving mobility, and bringing a deep sense of ease.

• Creative Reflection & Personal Growth: Mandy’s sessions will help you unlock creativity, gain clarity, and overcome self-limiting beliefs—perfect for those looking for new inspiration or a shift in mindset.

 

Itinerary Highlights

• Mornings: Pilates at 8 AM, followed by a delicious breakfast.

• Daytime Activities:

• Temple and waterfall visits

• Coffee plantation experience

• Cookery school

• Sound healing with singing bowls

• Exploring Ubud’s markets, cafes, and museums

• Balinese dance performance and cultural experiences

• Spa days with massages (either in the villa or at a spa)

• Relaxing walks, swimming, and time to unwind

• Afternoons: Meditation, mindfulness talks, and restorative movement sessions.

• Evenings: Relaxed dinners at the villa or nearby restaurants, a visit to Ubuds' famous Temple dance and music events.
