Personal & Professional Development Coach - Empowering Growth Through Creativity
The professional and personal development creativity coaching and workshops have been born from my own experience of including creativity into my everyday life. It has been an absolute game changer to my confidence and self awareness and I credit it to successfully achieving major projects and overcoming challenges.
Being qualified in organisational psychology (TSTA), learning sciences and technology, and workplace efficiencies along with an interesting career across many sectors and settings with all workforce groups - it is this that informs and underpins the services I provide. Over the last 20 years I have delivered many personal and professional development programmes and workshops, conference presentations and provided 100s of hours of coaching and professional supervision. In this video I talk more about how creativity made the difference in my life. At the time of my 2022 exhibition (photos below) I also launched my book 'Creative oxygen for your writing soul'. It tells the story of how I incorporated creativity into everyday to achieve one of the biggest challenges in my life to date. It has changed my life in so many positive ways. I am now privileged to share the invaluable lessons and transformative power of creativity as a personal development mentor. My goal is to help others unlock their potential and achieve their own life-changing breakthroughs.
